Manila, Philippines – May 3, 2015 –SET Artist Management’s MFUSCO concluded his 3-month Asia tour with a special weekend set at two of the hottest clubs in Manila at 71 Gramercy and Valkyrie. Fresh off of his Hong Kong residency at Dragon-i and Tazmania Ballroom, and a special guest appearance in Shanghai, MFUSCO was tapped to headline Manila’s famed Labor Day weekend parties at 71 Gramercy rooftop lounge located in Manila’s tallest skyscraper and Valkyrie, the mega club housed in Manila’s famed Palace Entertainment Complex.
The weekend started with a Friday night set at 71 Gramercy, Manila’s new ultra chic rooftop lounge and restaurant before a packed crowd of Manila’s nightlife party elite. MFUSCO kept the crowd rocking to the wee hours of the morning while overlooking the Makati skyline. On Saturday the Labor Day and Mayweather vs Pacquaio pre-fight parties moved to Valkyrie at the Palace Entertainment Complex. Headlining the pool club was electronic dance duo, Knife Party with MFUSCO spinning late night on the main floor before a crowd of over 2000 at Manila’s largest and hottest mega club.
MFUSCO made his international debut in March 2012, performing at a 1000+ turn-out at the Moomba Beach Club and Gusto Night Club in Aruba. The NYC based DJ has since returned to Aruba to perform at many of the Island’s top beach and night clubs such as Sand Bar, Reflextions and Confession Club. MFUSCO has also performed internationally at Discoteca Luxory in Medillin, Colombia, the Bahamas at the Atlantis Hotel and Resort and several times in Costa Rica with his partner, Danny (DJ Chopps) Solano.
MFUSCO is an Open Format DJ who has performed at various NYC venues such as Avenue, Highline Ballroom, Tenjune, Le Souk, Pacha, Bounce Sporting Club, Sky Room Times Square, Empire Hotel Rooftop, STK, La Esquina, The DL, and Motivo.
Notable appearances include the Alive at Five Summer Concert Series opening for the Beach Boys, Indayo Group’s VIP Room NYE 2014, Slate’s 2014 Super Bowl Viewing Party, the Halloween Beach Tour Aruba 2013, Joonbug’s Santos Party House NYE 2013 Party, DROM nightclub’s Summer Kick-Off in the East Village, Joonbug’s ESPACE NYC Halloween Party, Stamford’s Alive at Five Concert Parties and international appearances in Costa Rica and the Bahamas. MFUSCO has also held weekly and monthly residencies at venues in the New York metro area.
MFUSCO also holds a weekly residency as the warm-up DJ for NBCUniversal’s hit talk show “Maury”, GSN’s “The Newlywed Game” and appeared as a guest DJ on the Style Network’s “Jerseylicious.” He also served as a guest DJ on BET’s “106 and Park” and hosted his own weekly radio mix show, airing on WBCR AM 1090.
MFUSCO has also made a name for himself in the corporate event and private party circuit with clients such as Anderson Cooper, Bethenny Frankel, Jerry Springer, Steve Wilkos, Maury Povich, Trisha Goddard, Sherri Shepherd, Bill Cunningham, Sephora, Bloomingdales, Elie Tahari Fashions, NBCUniversal, Debmar Mercury/ITV, Telepictures Television, Macys, Equinox Health Club, Red Mango and Geo Events.
In May 2013, MFUSCO signed his first sponsorship deal with Gemini DJ-Pro Audio and is now part of the Gemini Artist roster and will represent the company in future advertisements and product line endorsements.
